Registrars of Corporation is where you would go to register your corporation. Corporation's articles of incorporation and bylaws are filed here and the Registrar of Corporation after reviewing all documents will issue a certificate of incorporation. After being incorporated, the corporation must file an initial annual report before 60 days and file a corporate annual report every year before March 1st. Failure to file the initial annual report can result in the Registrar of Corporation to administratively dissolve the corporation.
