Business Establishment Inspection is one of many requirements needed when submitting an application for employment between an employer(company/business) and an employee. The request is made at the Department of Labor, Health and Safety Division. Once the request is submitted, an employee of the Department of Labor will visit the establishment and conduct an inspection. If the establishment does not pass then a deficiency notice will be issued and once the deficiency is corrected then a request for re-inspection is submitted. If the establishment passes the inspection then a business establishment clearance will be issued.
